The Rising Cost of Insurance

It seems like we can’t get through one day without noticing at least one item that went up in price. We know that the prices are not supposed to go down, that in itself would be insane, but the price standing still for at least 1 year sounds good. Maybe the price police would be a help. Place some type of ruling that a store owner or the product company is not allowed to mark up the price for say 2 years. We could rest our thoughts for a little while. O.K. That won’t work. It would be nice to know that the price of something would just stay still for a while.
One price that is guaranteed to go up is the cost of home owners insurance . The reason for that is the weather and the weather is unpredictable Most weathermen can only give a prediction that may or may not unfold. Most are pretty close. This is the reason they use 60%, or 30% chance of rain. Of course they have the map with satellite images which is a big help. The time of the year that is crucial is summer time which includes hurricanes.
Most residents in any town affected by hurricanes learn how to weather them and stay at home unless told different by the officials of the state. It is expected that your insurance would go up but in the case say, Alabama homeowners insurance would not go up as much as most because there is only the south end that will be affected by the storm. There is a section that is exposed to tornadoes. They call it tornado ally which runs west into Iowa, Kansas, Missouri. After recent past hurricanes and the horrible destruction they left behind, It is no surprise in the rise of insurance. The insurance problem is also hitting Florida to the point that the Public School system is having a problem purchasing insurance which is of course a must. There has to be a way that every homeowner be able to find a policy affordable.
